A two-time recipient of Researcher of the Year awarded by the Austrailan Stockbrokers Foundation, Russell guides the Maqro Wealth and Research divisions with sustainable risk-adjusted returns. Russell is a member of the Maqro Investment Committee.

Jimmy, a Senior Private Client Dealer at Maqro, holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting from Queensland University of Technology. Leveraging the commercial acumen developed during his legal career, Jimmy nurtures relationships with new and existing clients.

Isaiah is a Senior Private Client Dealer at Maqro. Isaiah holds a Commerce and Arts degree - majoring in Finance and Philosophy respectively. 
Isaiah has 10 years’ experience in Wealth Management and has been trading Financial Markets for over 7 years. Throughout his experience, he has also educated thousands of traders and investors globally through an online educational platform he built. He brings his expertise in Wealth Management and Technical Analysis to the Investment Committee to identify well-priced investment opportunities for his clients.

MJ is the Risk & Compliance Officer at Maqro and is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance strategies to ensure all members are equipped with the knowledge and competencies to make compliant decisions in their respective roles. The role of the compliance division at Maqro is to ensure an unwavering commitment to transparency, ethical conduct and regulatory excellence.

Max leads Maqro's software development and technical operation team. Before joining Maqro, he accumulated over 13 years of experience in finance and fintech, playing pivotal roles at Citibank, United Overseas Bank, a boutique Australian Ventral Capital, and an innovative fintech startup. Max's extensive background in both IT and finance propels Maqro's innovation.

Elaine is the Corporate Services Manager  at Maqro and is responsible for leading and overseeing various functions of the company and ensure efficient service delivery. This includes team leadership, strategic planning, facilities management,risk management, communication with stakeholders, continuous improvement initiatives, client relations, and regular reporting to senior management. The role aims to optimize corporate services, align them with Maqro’s goals, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the business.

Dave is a senior accountant in Maqro who manages finances for the business operation. He holds a bachelor’s degree of commerce accounting at Macquarie University and has more than ten years’ experience in financial analysis. He is also a member of CPA Australia.
